Workshop: Wellbeing During Pregnancy

Pregnancy can be a wonderful experience but can also be a worrying and stressful time. This workshop will explore how wellbeing can be impacted during pregnancy and some ways in which you can look after yourself during this time. We will also introduce some techniques to manage anxiety during pregnancy including mindfulness techniques to maximise your wellbeing during pregnancy.
