Stress for People with Long Term Health Conditions
This free workshop aims to help people with long-term health conditions understand stress and introduces Cognitive Behavioural Theory as a method of effectively reducing stress levels. It is a one-off session, and lasts for two hours with a break in the middle.
Please note: You must be booked onto a course to attend. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative for support, but they must also be booked onto the course due to limited spaces.
