Anyone eligible (see criteria below) can take part.

To take part in the GLAD Study, participants must:
- Have experienced symptoms of anxiety and/or depression during their lifetime
- Be aged 16 and above
- Live in the UK
The GLAD study enrolment process consists of four steps:
- Reading the information sheet
- Providing consent
- Completing a questionnaire
- Providing a saliva sample (Sending saliva kits is currently on hold, but the other three steps can still be completed)
